Today is Happy Hour WOD Friday. (The last Happy Hour WOD at 151 Badger Road!) Happy Hour WOD will take place during the 6:00 pm class. Remember that the Happy Hour WOD will be a different workout then the posted WOD below. The theme is Hawaiian T shirt so be sure to dress in style! We will head to Coopers Tavern directly after our WOD. No changing allowed! Please feel free to invite friends and loved ones to our post WOD festivities.
