Torn muscles, sprained ankles, Achilles tendonitis, IT band syndrome, plantar pain, shin splints, shoulder impingement and low back pain. These are a few of the injuries that plague CrossFit athletes. When you’re injured, you may have questions and concerns, but may not know who to turn to help cure those aches and pains that we accumulate through intense CF training.  On May 1st, Dr. Schupp, an expert in diagnosing and correcting the underlying causes of your crossfit pain or discomfort, will be visiting Connex.  Come to the box and have your injury prevention questions answered or have your current injury evaluated.  Dr. Shcupp will evelaute athletes by appointment only (15-20 time slots) on Wednesday, May 1st from 4-7 pm.    There will be a sign up sheet at the gym.  Be sure to sign up early!

On another note.  There has been some interested expressed in another order of gear.  If you would like a hoodie, t-shirt, or tank, you need to have your money to the box by friday at 7:00.  Your money needs to be in an envelope.  On the front of the envelope needs to be article of clothing, quantity, and size!  Friday at 7:00!
