WOD Friday, April 5

Today is the final open games WOD. Through the last five weeks so many new PRs were set, expectations of self were risen, and limits were far surpassed. You have all stepped up to the challenge that the games presents, and have embraced what it means to compete.  Everyone should be so proud of themselves for the effort and achievements made throughout the open.  One last WOD, lets do it again Connex!

4 minute AMRAP of:
15 Thrusters (100 / 65 lbs)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.
