Bloody Bars! NASTY!

Connex- Its time for a gentle reminder.  We understand that bloody hands can not always be avoided.  What can be avoided is leaving your bar bloody for others to use after you.  PLEASE…if you get a tear during a WOD be sure to scrub down your bar!  When you are scrubbing your bloody bar down, use some serious elbow grease.  There should be no stains left on there when you go to put it away.  If your hands are in to bad of shape to scrub your bar down, let us know so that it can be taken care of before someone else goes to use it. Thanks!!!! : )

On another note: if you are someone who struggles with hand tears here is a how to on making reusable tape protectors. These are awesome!
