First off!  Exciting news!  The first Open Games workout for the 2013 CrossFit games has been announced!

17 minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs

GAMES ATHLETES:  So it was brought to our attention that completing the first open games WOD the morning after our happy hour WOD is probably not the best idea. Sooo… We are going to program 13.1 for Friday. If you are a games athlete you should try to get to the gym for the 4:00 or 5:00 pm classes.  Happy hour WODs tend to get a little crazy and you want to be sure to have the time and space required to get your full workout in.  If you can not make it in on Friday then you should try and get in today to get your WOD completed.  If that is your plan please let us know so that we will have a judge there for you.  On

This Friday is our March Happy Hour WOD! The theme of this happy hour WOD is St. Pattys days! So come decked out at 6:00 pm on Friday to WOD in your most festive green attire. We will WOD and then head over to Brocach on the Capitol Square!
