One of our original athletes of the month made a guest appearance today after moving to New York a coupe of months ago!  Jason O. was back in town and made sure to come in and get a WOD in at Connex!   We were excited to find out that he has continued CFing in New York and is still a committed CF athlete.  It was great having him in the box today and we feel lucky that he made time to visit us during his short stay in Madison.  Thanks for coming through J!  You are always welcome back at Connex!

Pre WOD
10 min OMEM
1 squat clean + 1 Front squat
+ try and go at least 5-10 pounds heavier then last time

WOD- “Airforce” (WOD #1 from the Battle for the Cup)
20 thrusters
20 sumo high pulls
20 push press
20 OHS
20 Front squats
*4 Burpees on the minute every minute until all reps are completed.

*if you competed this weekend and would still like to WOD you can make up one of the WODs we missed while in STL.
