10 lunges (w/ bar on back) (75/55)

10 front squats

10 Burpee pull ups

So the holiday season is done!  We made it.  If you feel as though you have earned your Manage the Damage t-shirt you must weight in by Friday at 6:00 pm.  If you have a performance goal you must complete it at the gym by Friday as well.   Great work Connex!  We are really proud of all you for keeping your eye on your goals during such a busy season.

We will be starting our Paleo Challange mid January!  Time to buckle back down.
