Quick reminder. This Saturday, Feb 2 is our mid Challenge Paleo PotLuck check in. This event will tack place directly after the 11:00 CF class. Please plan on bringing a Paleo dish to share. Use this as not only an opportunity to practice some Paleo Super Bowl Cooking, but also as a chance to catch up with your fellow challenge participants. Come with questions, concerns, tips, and what not, to share with the group.
We would like to provide you all with a recipe guide of the dishes that are brought to the potluck. So if you have not already, please send us the recipe that you are planning on bringing with you. It needs to be sent to CrossFitConnexWI@gmail.com by Friday @ 7:00 am to be included in the packet.
Also, remember that we are collecting food journals at this time. This is a great way to get some feedback on how you have been doing, and find out if there are any ways you can make positive changes to your Paleo routine.
