Congrats to our Paleo Crew.  They survived their first week!  The first week is probably the hardest, so way to go to all of you who stayed committed and focused.  In those first 3 or 4 days you were all possibly experiencing  a sugar withdrawal during which you may have experienced a headache/muscle aches and cravings. But you all made it through and are good to go. You are hopefully finding that you aren’t as hungry at any point in the day.  You are perhaps not hitting mid day sleepy slumps or your skin has begun to clear up.   You have figured out a routine that works for you, and perhaps some dishes that can be your go to throughout the next couple weeks.   Whatever you have learned or have experienced in this first week, you earned it!  It was not always easy, but you all rocked it out.  Keep up the good work, it will pay off!  I am so impressed with all of you and can not wait for another awesome week of Connex Going Paleo.
