Pre WOD

Every 15 seconds for 5 minutes (21 total reps): 1 Deadlift @ 85% 1RM

 

WOD

100 double unders

then

40 Wall Ball

30 goblet squats

20 puh ups

10 pull ups

20 push ups

30 goblet squats

40 wall ball

 

Couple of things:

1.  Schedule for Thursday- 4:00 CF, 5:30 Pi Yo, 6:30 CF (if you would like to get your wendlers in during the 4:00 time slot, please feel free.)

2.  There will only be one 9:00 am class on Saturday.  There will be no intro class.
