No PiYo Class Tonight

Attention: There will be no 7:30pm PiYo class tonight.

If you are looking for a good stretch after the Burpee Mile, today’s WOD or both, work your way into Child’s Pose and stay there for 10 breaths.

Be sure to reach your arms forward as you press your hands into the ground or your mat. Your shoulders deserve the attention and stretch after burpees and pullups.
