**Attention**

Couple of things

1)  Schedule Change- CF endurance and CF classes will both be offered at 6:30 pm on Tuesday evenings.

2)  There are no longer spots available for the rowing clinic on Dec 4.  If you are interested please let us know and we can put you on a waiting list in case of cancellations.

3)  This Saturday (Dec 1) is Coach Patrick’s Birthday Burpee Mile celebration.  There will not be a 11:00 CF class offered that day.

4)  We are five days into Manage the Damage!  Be sure to stay on track with your pushups and working toward your goals!
