Rowing. It’s a great way to increase your cardiovascular endurance while simultaneously exercising all of the major muscle groups in the body. It’s such an efficient all-over-body workout that it tends to appear quite often in a CrossFit WOD. It also leaves many people feeling wrecked like almost no other single exercise. 🙂 And has the weather gets colder here in WI, we will be seeing it much more often in our WODs.
There are many things you can do to increase your rowing efficiency. CrossFit Connex is offering a Rowing Clinic on Tuesday, Dec 4 at 6:30pm. Learn tips and tricks to get more out of each pull and increase your rowing efficiency.
The clinic will be headed up by our very own Bess and her sister Kate. Bess and Kate both rowed competitively in college and their skill and knowledge of rowing is clear as they crush us all on the rower!
