Here is the schedule as follows:

Friday Nov 2- 5:00 am, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm

Saturday Nov 3- Normal Class Schedule

Monday Nov 5-5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Tuesday Nov 6- 4:00, 5:30, 6:30

There will not be any mobility or foundations classes these days.  Please still feel free to arrive a little early and prep for your WOD.
