What is CrossFit Strength?

CrossFit Strength classes are designed to focus on building strength by following a specific strength training program.  Athletes follow a 16 week program that is based off their 1 rep max of various lifts.  The class is currently following the 5/3/1 Wendlers power lifitng program to improve strength in their deadlift, shoulder press, bench press, and back squat.  After completing the specific lifts for that day, the class is concluded with a fun and challenging WOD.    You will find that endurance and work capacity can be developed much more quickly once a base of strength has been established.  Participation in these classes will help athletes to become stronger more powerful CrossFitters.
