Rest day/ make up WOD/ active rest

If you have already completed Tuesday and Wednesdays workouts this would be a great opportunity to test your progress. Redoing a WOD that you completed months ago will give you a chance to see just how far you have come! Or perhaps there is a WOD you have been interested in trying and have not yet had the time to do, rock it out today!
