What is CrossFit Foundations?

CrossFit Foundations class offers current athletes an opportunity to get small group coaching on specific CF skills and exercises.  This added instructional time will help athletes fine tune the execution of various movements frequently used in CF.  There will be drills and exercises provided to help athletes better understand the mechanics of the movements and help athletes perform the movements with more ease.  Each week there will be two main exercises focused on during the foundations sessions.  To kick of the first week of the new schedule foundations class will focus instruction the split jerk and pullups.
