  5. What would your perfect WOD look like?  3/4 rounds: 100 meter row, 5 squat clean, 100 meter prowler push/fireman carry. 15 pull up
  6. What motivates you during a CrossFit WOD?  The next rep….and maintaining relationship dominance over Ashley (Aj)
  7. Tell us a little about then VS now in regard to your performances as a CrossFit athlete.  To begin, all I wanted to do was to survive each workout and hope to be able to walk the next day.  Now I come in to rock every WOD.
  8. What does CrossFit mean to you?  A new lifestyle striving toward being better, stronger and fitter than ever before.  Being excited to come to the box everyday.  Being part of a great community based on the work we do in the box.
