Here are the scores after four days of competition. Great work to everyone! It looks like it is all coming down to tomorrow! Be sure to bring your game face!

Keep increasing sets by 3 until end of WOD.

Following 12.5 we will hold another team WOD for the tough Mudder athletes, friends and who ever is brave enough to accept the challenge! 🙂 After this WOD everyone is welcome to stick around for some beer and food. If you plan on sticking around please bring something to share with the group!
This practice time was originally planned for Tough Mudder practice however we will also be celebrating Emily’s birthday so the more the merrier!
