Team WOD
Teams of 3-4
Each team mate must complete all reps and may not move onto the next exercise until teammate in front of them has completed it.
500 meter row
30 box jumps
30 kbs
30 burpees
30 sit ups
30 wall balls
30 push ups
30 air squats
400 meter run
Time will begin when first teammate begins and time will finish when the last team mate completes the run.
