Today is the first day of our paleo challenge! Good luck to all of our challengers! We are so excited for you and can not wait to see all of your progress over the next six weeks.
If you have not yet completed “Fran” please do so as soon as possible! I encourage everyone, paleo challenger or not, to get “Fran” in this week. It is a great benchmark WOD and will provide you with great feedback when we redo it in six weeks. Also, if you are in the challenge, be sure you take your pre photos by Monday! (front, back, side)
Do not forget to reach out to your paleo buddy. The more support and encouragement that is flowing through the community the easier this challenge commitment will be.
