What is your goal this week, month, year?

In CrossFit we are always striving to conquer things we once thought impossible. Setting goals is the best way to keep yourself on track toward a better you. When setting goals most keep them to themselves, mainly because letting the out makes them real. Writing them down makes you accountable and keeps you focused. Let everyone know, let yourself know, start small or aim big, the choice is yours, bottom line is just make them.
