WOD Saturday, September 3

On August 6 a Taliban assault on a U.S. military helicopter killed 31 Americans, including as many as 25 Navy SEALS. It was the worst single-day loss of American life since the war in Afghanistan started in 2001, according to a senior military official.  Todays workout will be held at 10:00 and is in honor of those lost on that tragic day.

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
