Death by Clean and Jerk (135/95)
The first minute the athlete will perform 1 clean and jerk. The second minute they will perform 2 clean and jerks. The third minute they will perform 3 clean and jerks. This will continue until the athlete can not perform the required amount. At that point they will rest for two minutes and then try and complete their final rep round in 1 minute. If the athlete is successful they can continue the workout untill they fail a round.
