WOD Wednesday, August 24

Sorry for being MIA these last couple of days.  Kief and I have been busy trying to spread the word around town about CrossFit Connex.

We were back at it hard today with a 6 mile run and then headed over to the gym to make up our workout from yesterday.  30-20-10-  Wall ball, burpee, box jump.  We are going back this evening for our second WOD of the day for some DU and OHS action!
